Willow Creek Cattle Company is a second generation farm in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota owned and operated by the Kevin Hackett family.

The farm has been in operation for over 100 years and has transitioned from a dairy farm to a beef operation. One of the first beef calves was born alongside the creek, under the willow trees. At the time, we did not know "Willow" would be the foundation of what we strive for today. Willow lived a long, productive life of 19 years and was so gentle that our kids or guests could not walk by without giving her a little "scratch" of attention. Her disposition and production qualities are carried on in our herd to this day.
